The AAA(WA) Executive Committee is elected each year at the AAAC(WA) Annual General Meeting. The Committee is responsible for implementing the Associations strategic direction, professional development and industry and government liaison on behalf of our Members.

Nic McGregor – Vice President Based at the Merredin office, Nic joined Agvise as a Senior Consultant in 2011 after a successful career in Agribusiness and finance. He now manages a portfolio of very successful and sizeable Agri-businesses. Nic is very much a part of the Merredin community, is approachable and easy to deal with. This helps him maintain very good relationships with his clients and to work through the different challenges that growing a business presents. He has a Bachelor of Agribusiness (majoring in Farm Management) from Muresk Institute of Agriculture and spent a year overseas working in various agricultural regions of the UK and travelling throughout Europe. Mark Allington Mark joined Icon Agriculture in 2013 after earning his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from UWA. He has become a key asset to the team, known for his expertise in sheep systems, innovative thinking, and approachable nature. Passionate about helping businesses grow, Mark focuses on broadacre mixed cropping and livestock production. His background on a family-run wheat and sheep farm in Three Springs sparked his interest in agriculture, particularly in sheep farming. |

Mike Monaghan Michael is a farm business consultant at Farmanco, consulting to a group of cropping, sheep, and cattle clients across the low, medium, and high rainfall zones from Wubin to the north, east of Narembeen, Lake Grace and Broomehill, and down to Frankland in the south. Raised in WA, since completing his Agricultural Science degree Michael has spent the past 20 years working with growers via his rural finance and consulting roles, and when not assisting clients with their data analytics, enterprise margin analysis, budgeting, expansion, and strategic planning needs, also enjoys running a few cows. |

Alan Peggs Alan Peggs has practiced as an independent agricultural and pastoral consultant for the last 26 years. He works with clients through-out the agricultural and southern rangeland regions of Western Australia. His client base is diverse. Unlike most consultants he is a ‘generalist’ who works with pastoralists in the southern rangelands, beef producers in the high rainfall areas and crop and sheep producers in the Wheat Belt.
